- taking a full and detailed health history
- performing a full physical examination (where you remain fully clothed) consisting of neurological, orthopedic, and chiropractic specific tests as well as blood pressure and heart rate
- explaining the consent form
- pH testing to asses your level of chemical stress
- referral for x-ray if required
